Today home to the Faculty of Philosophy
and Letters, this noble building, with its
imposing façade of small windows inscribed
with the names and dates of the
former hospital’s patients, is one of the
most interesting examples of Cordoban
Baroque. The complex includes the exquisite
Mudejar architecture of the chapel
of San Bartolomé.
