This house is an excellent example of a typical Cordoban tenement house. The main patio with cobbled floor has 3 supported sides, supported by whitewashed stone pillars.
They maintain the common laundry rooms, the well and the central exterior staircase that goes up to a picturesque balcony of wooden beams. The house houses several craft workshops.
