Site https:\/\/cordoba.aumentur.app<\/a>\u00a0(hereinafter, the \"Website\") is PARTIALLY COMPLIANT with Royal Decree 1112\/2018 of September 7 on accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector, and with standard UNE-EN 301 549:2022, which incorporates the W3C's WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.<\/p>\n

    \nThe following areas of potential improvement have been preliminarily identified:\n

    • The route planning assistant may present accessibility limitations for users of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation).<\/li>\n
    • Some interactive interface controls may lack complete accessible labels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • \nDisproportionate burden
      \nNo exemptions for disproportionate burden are invoked at the time of this statement.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nContent outside the scope of application
      \nIn accordance with Article 1.4 of Royal Decree 1112\/2018, third-party content that is not funded, developed, or under the control of the City Council of C\u00f3rdoba is excluded from the scope of this statement.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Complaint procedure<\/strong>
      \nIn the event of disagreement with the response received, or if no response has been obtained upon expiry of the response period, a complaint may be submitted to the Accessibility Control Authority (AINIA\/INTECO or the designated competent body) through the mechanisms established in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112\/2018.
      \nLikewise, complaints and suggestions may be submitted through the electronic office of the City Council of C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n
